“Superb rustic guest house!”
What a fantastic find! Incredibly good value accommodation, right on the edge of Peratallada – so handy for the car park (and not too far to walk with luggage!) but you also feel immersed in the medieval‑ness of it all. The room was comfortable and clean when we arrived; lots of character. Really nice, simple breakfast on the terrace. A great base for exploring the local area (only 15/20 min from the coast) and Peratallada is a wonderful place to explore in the early mornings and evenings. It is definitely more of a rustic guest house rather than a hotel, just something to keep in mind. We stayed for 5 nights, you had to ask for the room to be cleaned (bins emptied, etc.) and I felt perhaps the room was beginning to need a more thorough clean, towels changing, etc., to have been comfortable for much longer. The pros far outweighed any cons though!
