Very practical and functional. The street parking is paid, and the mezzanine is very low, which is a concern.

The location is great. The living room is nice. However, we were surprised to find the mezzanine bedroom; standing up was impossible, and we had to crawl to lie down. The bed itself is fine, but the bedside lamps are missing, forcing us to get up to turn off the light.

The apartment is good; soap, towels, sheets, and coffee are provided. It is fresh and bright, and close to the tram. For those who sleep on the sofa, there is a lot of light coming in, and we had many problems closing the door (something should be done).

The location is great because it’s just a short walk to the tram that goes to Bordeaux. The parking says you can park in front of the house at the garage entrance, but there was always a car parked there that never moved. The house itself is small, but it could be lovely if not for a few issues: the upstairs floor has a very low ceiling, so you can’t stand upright and you have to crouch almost entirely; the room’s lighting is a halogen fixture embedded in the ceiling that shines directly on your face from very close because the ceiling is so low, and there’s no alternative lighting on the bedside tables. The worst part is the kitchen counter, which is wooden and has black damp patches around the sink, some spots are raised and look rotten—unhygienic. The toilet’s back is very dirty. It also has annoying little details like insufficient toilet paper, only one day’s worth of bath soap for a week’s stay, no knives in the kitchen, no paper towels, and only one dishcloth even though there is no washing machine.

The kitchen equipment is quite comprehensive, from cutlery to pots, and there’s even a range hood. The bedding and towels are very clean. It’s close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and the light rail station. Because it’s near the railway, there can be slight noise at times, but it doesn’t disturb sleep. The washbasin has a faint odor.
