We loved the sea‑overlooking location, though the deck view was blocked by plants. Privacy was excellent and we had the pool to ourselves. The lodge had a basic cooking area that we enjoyed on the deck. We struggled to get in at first because the contact number was wrong and the gate was locked. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was low quality, with a plastic mattress cover and pillow protectors that were sweaty and uncomfortable. There were many unnecessary written rules that felt unwelcoming. The swimming pool was very chipped and had a dirty surround, although the water seemed clean enough. The sea view could have been great, but tall vegetation right in front of the lodge blocked it, which was a real shame.

The host was very warm, the bungalow was nice, the view of the bay was beautiful, and the pool was very enjoyable!
