Quiet and comfortable stay, with a roof and beautiful view. The location is also convenient for what I wanted. Easy access to a handful of beaches and many cafes, restaurants & surf spots. There’s also an adorable cat who likes to walk on top of the house lol :)

The staff were very friendly and the place stayed spotless. The room was small with limited space, yet given the price it offered good value. Train noise made it a bit hard to sleep, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The owner was a good person and there was a kitchen. Mosquitoes, trains passing nearby, and the loud rumble were frightening. The Turtle Beach is 300 m away, and the Unawatuna Beach is 2.5 km away.

Everything was excellent, and the owner was kind and helped with all questions. The location was convenient, with two shops and a beach nearby. Internet worked poorly at times.
