The room was clean and had everything you need. I’m very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it. The only downside was the lack of an electrical socket near the bed, but that is very negligible if you don’t mind.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the range of amenities—tea, coffee, milk, water, soft drinks, and shampoos—made my stay surprisingly comfortable. The only downside was the constant road noise at night, which is just part of living in a bustling area.

It’s a great spot for the price.

The staff were wonderful! They found some sentimental jewelry I’d left behind and kept me in the loop, which was very thoughtful. I’ll definitely recommend them and book again.

Check‑in was a breeze and the host responded quickly; the room was spotless. I appreciated that everything mentioned—clean items, utensils, working appliances, ample tea/coffee, water, milk, and soft drinks in the fridge—was actually there. The only minor gripe is that it’s a little outside Dudley town centre, but bus stops are just 2 minutes away and Uber rides to Dudley are inexpensive.
