“Good location but not worth the money they charge”

The resort sits in a lovely spot surrounded by lush green mountains, which is a real plus. On the weekend it was packed and the restaurant couldn't keep up, so you might end up waiting an hour for food. The maintenance leaves something to be desired – rooms, towels and linens were unclean. The cycling and sports rooms were basically just names; the equipment was unusable because it wasn’t kept in good condition.

“Good Assets, Poorly maintained.”

There isn’t much to praise. The building’s basic construction has flaws, and the upkeep is poor. The bathrooms smelled awful, the walls were damp and leaking, and the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and not fresh. The food was pricey for what it offered, and there were plenty of stray dogs around, even a few pups.

“Time well spent”

The location is convenient and the staff were polite, but they were a bit lazy. Even though they were quiet and helpful, we had to make 3–4 calls before they could bring anything to our room.
