“Thanks for the hospitality”
The hotel’s exterior and interior are beautiful and there are plenty of car parking spaces; however, it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users because there are no lifts to the upper floors, although a small stair lift is available to reach the lower level at reception. The reception staff are welcoming and try their best to accommodate guests, the bartender is very knowledgeable about drinks and friendly, and he made a lovely cocktail. The breakfast ladies were very friendly and attentive, a credit to the hotel, and breakfast itself was lovely. We had booked a Family Room but had to be relocated because a family member was a wheelchair user with limited mobility; the room was nicely decorated but quite small, and we were disappointed to find that the fourth bed was a camp bed that was awkwardly situated and uncomfortable.
