The place is brand‑new and spotless, which was a nice first impression. However, when they offered a free upgrade I was told I had to join a paid membership to get it – something I’ve never seen a hotel do. On top of that, despite asking for a quiet room, I ended up next to the elevator and heard the lift all night.

Missed my train and grabbed the last family‑room available on a whim – turned out to be perfect for my kids and oddly entertaining for me as a business traveler (the soft toys, bright pillows and even a little tent were a hit). The staff were on point, the hotel feels modern and comfy, and it’s right by a bunch of great restaurants and the scenic Dongluo River, perfect for a morning stroll. Even though it’s a newer property with few reviews, I’d definitely book it again.

Location can’t be beat, right in the middle of everything. The staff were super helpful, the room was tidy and the facilities solid. A fun touch was the little robot that rides the elevator to bring up take‑away orders and room‑service meals.
