How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The host was available, the location just outside the centre but convenient for public transport, and the area is quiet. It was very convenient to use the shared spaces. No major issues, but cleaning could improve and the coffee machine needs fixing; the room could use some aesthetic touches.

The property felt safe and had good hot water. We could drop off our bags early. The host was kind and replied fast. The internet failed the whole stay and the cleaners didn’t arrive until 7 pm. It was a 30‑minute walk to the city centre with unreliable bus options.

The location was good, and our bedroom was also in order. The kitchen wasn’t very clean, and the facilities weren’t as expected.

We had one of the worst stays ever. The check‑in was confirmed for between 15:00 and 16:00, but we arrived at 15:00 and had to wait over 50 minutes for anyone to show up. It was more than 31 °C outside, and we had to stand with all our luggage on the street because there was no place to put our bags or enter the room. The air‑conditioning didn’t work at all, even though it was listed as an amenity, which is unacceptable at that temperature. Above the shower we could see visible mold, and the toilet had no seat, forcing us to sit directly on the porcelain—unhygienic and unacceptable. The description of the property does not match what we experienced, and we would not recommend it to anyone. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation from the moment you arrive, book somewhere else.

The location and availability were good, but the improvised air‑conditioning was a problem, and even though we had a private bathroom, it was located in the hallway, small and poorly ventilated.
