One star, absolutely disappointing and unacceptable for the price. We stayed from Sunday to Friday at this B&B and chose it deliberately for specific reasons, yet every expectation was let down. Cleanliness was catastrophic: the bedding smelled unpleasant, there were hairs from previous guests in the bed and room, the shower was moldy, and the bathmat was yellow and clearly unclean. Even more disappointing was witnessing how quickly, superficially, and obviously the rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was also terrible for the price, offering only rusks and jam, and on some days there was no breakfast at all. The staff made the stay even more unpleasant: the cleaner was extremely unfriendly in the morning and shouted around, and at check‑out she yelled at us, claiming we spoke neither Italian nor English, even though she herself didn't speak English and mainly spoke Spanish. Reasonable communication was nearly impossible. To top it off, she slammed the door in front of us. We went to this B&B for specific reasons and chose it intentionally, so the disappointment was even greater. For the price, this place is completely overpriced. Mold, stinky sheets, hairs in the bed, an unclean shower, a dirty bathmat, barely any breakfast, and disrespectful treatment of guests are all unacceptable. We will definitely not book this B&B again and cannot recommend it to others. Greetings from 🇨🇭
