The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Whenever we needed anything—from fresh water bottles to empty family cooking litter boxes—Jay was always ready. We were a family of twelve, and the four separate bedrooms each had a private bathroom and its own balcony or terrace, plus shared community spaces, a large kitchen for family meals, and a private pool area; we felt both private and safe at Casa Biance. The surf beach was just a 5‑minute walk away. Jasmine gave us plenty of useful information and answered all our questions instantly before and during our stay (airport transfer, ferry transfer, etc.), and she was always available.
