Nothing to praise. My watch was stolen from the room and the hotel staff did not help, leaving me stranded.

I skipped breakfast at the hotel. The room was far from clean: hair and grime clogged the shower drains, and when I first turned on the shower the entire bathroom flooded. The tiny kitchen sink needed a deep clean, and dust covered the TV shelf, the space under the bed, the desk, and the nightstands. Even after three days, the dust I mentioned was still present. The main lobby didn’t have a washroom; the one in the basement lacked toilet paper and paper towels, and the air there smelled unpleasant. The TV was broken and it took a couple of days to fix. Overall, my stay was unpleasant, though I chose the hotel for its location in Greenhills, San Juan.
