The coffee at the ground‑floor café was fantastic and they even offered a welcome drink; they provided three towels and two bottles of water, and the hotel staff were bright and pleasant. The only drawback was that the towels weren’t pure white.

The hotel is on a quiet side street away from the traffic, crowds, and noise of Thamel’s main streets, yet it’s just a minute’s walk away. The room was large, comfortable, and well decorated. The staff were friendly. Everything was fine, nothing to dislike.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean; the staff were very friendly and reliable, and I especially liked the airport transfer arranged for 4:15 am. The lack of an elevator made carrying a 30‑kg suitcase a bit hard, especially for the guy who had to lift it for me.
