Breakfast was excellent, with great flavor compared to most hotels; a few more options would be nice. The elevator issues should be reported to third‑party sites because it’s an accessibility problem.

The location works well, close to the highway and restaurants. The breakfast was dull, the same every day, with no variety and watered‑down juice.

I loved the location, right off of 1-85. The staff and the room were exceptional. We loved your usage of Dove products in the bathroom, not that generic hotel soap. The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 2nd floor, and extremely road weary

A front desk gentleman was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed felt wonderfully comfortable.

I didn’t enjoy this property; the phrase “polishing a turd” comes to mind. It was a poor choice to stay at, so just spend the money and stay downtown Greenville or near the mall.
