The hotel was very conveniently located, well kept, and very comfortable, but the air‑con didn’t really cool the room and kept cutting off, so I had to get up at night to turn it back on.

The location was good, I liked the bathroom and the L’Occitane products, but the mattress was too soft and I had trouble sleeping; the staff were very helpful and showed us other options. The mattress should be replaced, and I would not choose the 12m room again—it’s my fault I ordered it, but it’s not a suitable size for living in.
