The facilities are beautiful and the room was nice, but I wished the staff had been a bit more service‑oriented; everyone was friendly enough. A big downside was that no water was provided at breakfast—I take that for granted—and I had to pay ten dollars for each bottle when checking out, which I think should be offered free.

The location is spot on for Dockyard touring, the restaurant serves excellent food, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large. For the off‑season, I felt the room cost was too high; I’d be more inclined to return off‑season if the rates were more attractive.
