The room is spacious, clean, and very nice, with a convenient location for getting around. The skylight over the bed is beautiful and romantic, letting you look at the sky. The host is truly very kind. The third bed was a bit small for our 13‑year‑old, and the mattress on the double bed was lower than the sides of the bed. A suggestion: I would put a small fridge also in the “kitchen” space.

Nice location, polite housekeeper, clean, parking space, and a supermarket. Unfortunately there is no kitchen.

I stayed in a nicely decorated little cottage that had a big double bed, a single bed, a table, two chairs and a bench—perfect for our two nights. The hosts were discreet yet welcoming, and the spacious bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and towels. There was also a small kitchenette with a sink and utensils, but nothing for cooking. The place was clean and about 10‑15 minutes from Spezia. A washing machine was available and parking was gated. I recommend it! The only downside was the neighbors’ dogs, and the window at the top of the entry wall lets in a lot of morning light.

The price was good and parking was free. The room was nice, the bathroom huge with a multi‑jet shower, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The privacy was limited: the bathroom had an open wall at the top and the other partition walls didn’t block noise well. Between our room and the adjacent one there was a locked door, so it felt like there was no wall at all, which could be annoying, especially for families with children. Also, the fridge was shared with others in an external space outside the room.
