“Good location, good value, rooms need to be cleaned better.”
I liked the staff and the location; I never ate breakfast but saw many people coming in and out and it looked good. I liked the front‑desk people. The floors in my room were dirty, and after showering my feet turned black from walking on them—definitely not good. The toilets were old and stained, not cool. The cleaner knocked on the door while I was showering and never returned to clean; he later saw me and said I never answered—LOL, I was in the shower. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they don’t come back!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good; no highway noise could be heard. The only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room, though coffee cups and an ice bucket were provided.

Overall, the facility was very satisfactory and very clean, and the staff was great; we missed the little coffee pot in the room and there was no Kleenex in the dispenser. The breakfast could have been better: the sausage could not be cut and there was no yogurt available. Why not skip the eggs and sausage and provide bagels, fruit, and cereal?
The staff was wonderful, and there was nothing else to note.
The weekend receptionist was unwilling to help or provide customer service, always seeming in a bad mood and snappy toward us customers every single time she was up there. In contrast, the weekday receptionist is extremely pleasant and very lovely to speak to, consistently delivering excellent customer service.
