We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at the Sands Grand Hotel on Dhigurah Island, where the staff, especially Thuwan, welcomed us warmly and treated us like friends. The scenery, crystal‑clear water, and especially the friendly locals made us want to come back someday. Thank you very much!

The staff, including Thuwan, were wonderfully kind and courteous. We had an issue with the hot water, but the team fixed it immediately.

The manager and reception staff were friendly. The towel, bedsheets, table, bathroom, and shower were dirty; the pillow had mold, and the faucet was nearly broken. For the price we paid, we expected a cleaner room.
