“무릉에서 차로 30분만 가면 청동기 사슴돌이 있는데 환상적이었습니다.”
It was a quiet spot. I arrived at night and was taken to a different location that didn’t appear on the map; I later learned they operate two sites, something I wasn’t aware of beforehand.
A perfect night.
A terrible place to stay. Even though my reservation was confirmed, they refused to check me in: I received a message at 16:47 on the day asking for my arrival time, replied at 18:56 that I’d be there around 21:00, yet they treated me as a no‑show and gave the room to another guest. It was the night after the Fubusugu Ice Festival and Tsaatan Festival, and the city was practically full, leaving me stranded in the freezing cold. I eventually found another hotel with vacant rooms, but it was far inferior. As someone who guides overseas visitors, this wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a serious breach of trust and safety. Their misunderstanding of what a confirmed booking means and the dishonest on‑site attitude were deeply disappointing. Future guests, especially during peak periods, should be very cautious.
“Хороший вариант размещения для автотуристов”
The hotel’s location was convenient, the staff were responsive and welcoming, and there was a closed parking area for motorcycles. We booked four rooms, but room 201 had an unpleasant smell; the other rooms were fine.
The staff don't speak english and the breakfast isn’t international
