I liked the room slippers and the breakfasts. The hotel could add more seating in the dining room. The furniture in the rooms is dated.

The location is very good. Breakfast is acceptable by local standards. The rooms are very outdated, could improve a lot with cleanliness, the beds are extremely hard, and there is water leakage in the bathroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel sits right in the lively Old Quarter, close to shops, restaurants, cafés, a massage spa, and Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast offered a wide range of fresh options, including vegetarian choices and kid‑friendly items. The room was roomy and very comfortable, complete with a fridge, safe, TV, fan, AC, bathtub, and a cozy bed—everything we needed.

The location was fine, but the window faced a wall with only 20‑50 cm of space, so there was virtually no light. The bathroom fixtures were old and poorly designed; the bathtub was damaged and wobbly, and the sink overflow wasn’t connected, so water spilled onto our feet when we tried to hand‑wash clothes. Overall the property feels aged, poorly maintained and generally rundown. Reception was handled by a young woman who barely paid attention and was busy arguing with a colleague, though a French‑speaking coworker later stepped in and was very kind and professional.
