“Perfect location, really helpful host”

The location was perfect, very close to the boat from the airport, and it was easy to navigate Venice on foot and by boat. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The bed was huge and comfy. The hairdryer was good, and there was a good supply of snacks and coffee pods. The shower was good. The host was very helpful before and during my trip with tips and information. Being able to leave luggage on the last day of exploring was super helpful and safe. The blackout blinds are good if you like them. My room was Gondola. I had a sneaky peek at the other room while the housekeeper was there on my last day and would have chosen that one out of the two! I was not aware at booking that daily housekeeping was NOT included. The bathroom was a little small, getting in and out was a challenge with a big door opening in; it felt blocked in. Amenities were limited. I couldn’t use the safe because it was difficult to reach.

“Bien”

I stayed here a few years ago, and it seems the business has split into two parts now, each managed by a different partner. That means you can book through a platform and end up in one of two distinct spaces, each with its own manager. You also have to pay through a different method depending on which manager you’re with. I ended up with the other manager and had to pay via an alternative route—whatsapp sends a link for payment. I did it because I knew that manager from years ago, though it felt a bit odd to pay that way, but it was easy and safe. The accommodation opens with a code, so no one greets you; the kitchen is communal but unusable. The room matches the photos, but the TV didn’t work and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was fine. The place is away from the city center, which is good if you want to avoid noise and crowds. The TV not working was the only issue.

“Venezia fuori dal centro”

The location is excellent—outside the chaos yet just a short walk from the center (about 800 m from Rialto) and very close to the Fondamenta Nove station. The property is very welcoming, clean, and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom (we had room Sandolo). Francesca was very helpful, kind, and gave us good directions for walking or taking the vaporetto. A truly pleasant stay! 💕

The room was newly renovated and featured a nice bathroom. Francesca was easy to communicate with, and check‑in and check‑out were very simple. The location was very close to the Fondamenta Nove boat station, making it easy to reach the airport, train station, and Murano/Burano.

“理想的”

The space feels chic and sophisticated, with comfortable air‑conditioning and bed, and the quietness of the waterfront strolls in the morning and evening. A nearby trendy trattoria serves great food, and everything else is satisfied. I expected Venetian prices, but the cost is high; nevertheless, the experience delivers a satisfying value.
