“Don’t judge a book by its cover :)”

At first I was surprised by the exterior of Madison, but once inside it turned out to be beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, check‑in was easy (my first time staying in a hotel), parking in the garage was simple, the room was tidy, the bed comfortable, the water pressure great, and more. It’s definitely worth the price, and I plan to come back if I ever visit Madison again. The only issue was connecting the TV to our phones, which could have been a Wi‑Fi, phone, or TV glitch; live streaming and console connections worked, so we were fine. The shower could have rinsed a bit better, but we didn’t let it bother us since we didn’t expect perfection.

“Average college town hotel that’s overpriced”

The location and decor were fine, but the place wasn’t clean. It’s an average newer college‑town hotel, not very tidy or welcoming. When I checked in, the front desk told me the towels weren’t in the room because “airline personnel” were staying there – I didn’t understand that. The next day I wanted a sandwich on my way out, but the cafe had just closed – literally on the dot – and the cooler had a few days’ old food that they would toss out. I was told the register was closed and they couldn’t accept cash, which is weird for food that’s about to go bad. They were also extremely rude about it. This was lazy in my opinion; they should accommodate guests, especially with leftover food.

“Wonderful stay, loved the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff and all the amenities. Will stay again!”

From the front desk staff to the rooms—beds & pillows were the BEST—and the coffee bar for coffee & breakfast, everything was great. We were attending a gala and the front desk person shuttled us to the event just down the road because it was windy and cold out, so grateful for the top notch service! This isn't really a complaint or something I didn't necessarily like, but the parking structure next to the hotel did not have a covered walkway to it and valet service wasn't available. That being said, it was just a short walk to the structure so it wasn't an inconvenience, unless it had been raining. But it was covered parking, so that was nice. Parking was $20 per night.

“Highly recommended!!!”

Everything about this hotel, from the staff to the cleanliness, was loved by me. The hotel was clean everywhere I went outside, public bathrooms, lobby, and my room. I will definitely go back.
