+ remontoitu huoneisto, laattalattia + eteiseen asennettu keittiö, jossa mm pesukone ja jääkaappi + yhteinen kattoterassi, jossa pystyi kuivaamaan pyykkejä + 20min kävelyä uimarannalle, 10min kävelyä juna-asemalle (tram station Mercado) + 15 min kävelyä baareihin ja ravintoloihin + rannalta hotelli Melian edestä lähti suora bussi lentokentälle C6. - yhtenä iltana kylpyhuoneessa oli iso torakka. Tapoin sen ja seuraavana päivänä sen ympärillä juoksenteli kymmeniä pikku torakoita. Onneksi keittiössä oli ötökkämyrkkyä, niin laitettiin sitä koko torakkareitille. Sen jälkeen emme nähneet torakoita kertaakaan (olimme yhteensä 4 yötä). - vanha ilmalämpöpumppu piti tosi kovaa ääntä - epämukavat isot tyynyt - äänieristys puuttui kokonaan. Kerran nuoripari tuli yöllä klo 2.00 viettämään aikaa keittiöön, niin kaikki kuului selkeästi emmekä pystyneet nukkumaan. Odotin 20min ja pyysin heitä siirtymään omaan huoneeseen. He eivät väittäneet vastaan vaan lähtivät pois. - siivous ja pyyhkeiden vaihto ei kuulu hintaan. Vietiin omat roskamme pois joka päivä itse ja pesimme pyyhkeet itse (pesuaine ei kuulu hintaan). - ikkunat huoneissa ja keittiössä ainoastaan pienelle sisäpihalle. The location is good, the bathroom and bedroom are clean and of a nice size, and there’s a good communal area for coffee, etc. Nothing else.

The place was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfy, and the shower was nice. All linens and toiletries were provided. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the beach and the area is well served. Free parking is close to the apartment.
