“I wish I hadn't booked here.”
The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast area were friendly. The rooms, however, were in rough shape, looking very old and in disrepair from the 70s, though they weren’t dirty.

Location, facilities and cleanliness. Heating turned off at night and no extra blankets. Breakfast staff very unfriendly

The place is convenient. The room was filthy with huge cracks in the sink, generally unclean, and the window wouldn’t open. Avoid.

The location is good and the busy front‑desk was polite. I expected two pillows instead of one, but that’s a small thing. The hotel needs a major overhaul, though the price matches its current design and they didn’t charge extra during the busy night I stayed, so I respect that.

It’s close to the town centre. The front desk staff lacked personality and didn’t help with my no‑heating problem.
