It was an absolute scam. The location shown on the map is an English conversation school, not a hotel, unlike the address. There was no hotel at that address. I tried calling, but I couldn’t get through. I felt something was wrong as soon as I made the reservation and requested a cancellation and refund, but my request was denied. Why does a hotel like this operate unchecked? I am requesting reimbursement for the accommodation costs.

Nothing; the establishment is a scam, it’s a language school, don’t book. I have not been refunded, and you know your lodging doesn’t exist.
