“Terrible”

I arrived around 12 a.m. with my daughter and her friend. When I went to the bathroom, the door wouldn’t open and was broken. I had to be let out by overnight staff. Thank goodness I was with someone; otherwise I would have been stuck inside because I didn’t have my phone or anything else. This happened twice because I fell into the door and it closed again. I had to be let out a second time. Very unsafe and inconvenient. The first time the apology was barely met; the girl barely said anything. Had it not been so late, I would have really left.

I love everything about this property. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. We have stayed at this motel for 20+ years and even when the brand changes the experience does not

“Repairs and updates need to be done if I would consider returning.”

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, but the carpet felt sticky and gross, and the bathroom walls had random holes that made me hesitant to touch anything. If the place gets some repairs and updates, it could become a decent spot to stay.

“The inside looked better than the outside. It was good for the price”

I stayed close to the festival I was attending, and the interior was pretty nice and clean, though the exterior looked a bit bad. The rail on the stairs was loose and the steps were slightly crooked.

The bed was comfortable, yet the room was extremely unclean—disgusting, with a box of condoms left over from a previous tenant, mold in the bathroom, dirt in the sink corners, broken furniture, and a chair with a broken leg. The carpet was smelly and darkly dirty.
