“Good value, not so good customer service.”

I snagged a last‑minute spot over the holiday weekend and got a decent deal, especially since the hotel sits right in Fountain Hills. The room was a nice size and came with a modem, which was handy. Unfortunately, after checking out I accidentally left my toiletry bag in the bathroom. I called later that night and learned that they dispose of any toiletry items, even an entire bag, when they find them in rooms—no 24‑hour hold policy. That was a real shock and felt like poor customer service.

“I was supposed to get my refund and I still haven’t received anything”

We ended up not staying at all because the place looked run down. A booking associate was supposed to process our refund, but I still haven’t received it. The room was dirty, which was a major disappointment.
