The location is perfect, the room is good, spacious enough, and the bathroom is excellent. As a compliment, the team offered a bottle of sparkling wine, which was unexpectedly pleasant. There was a feeling that it wasn’t entirely clean, and it was difficult to reach the first floor with a suitcase because there is no elevator.

Communication was excellent. My trip to Rome was to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and they had a beautiful gift for my mother making the most beautiful and special moment for her. Everything was perfect
