“True Georgian hospitality!”

The vibe was fantastic and warm! Marina, who lives on the ground floor, takes incredible care of her guests. Every morning she personally prepared a delicious breakfast for my girlfriend and me, and it was included in the price. The house’s interior is decorated in an authentic old Tbilisi style with beautiful antique furniture. Only a few guest rooms are on the second floor, so it’s very quiet and cozy. Marina is a remarkably wise and fascinating conversationalist—true Georgian hospitality! Everything was perfect.

“Comme à la maison !”

We were welcomed by the hosts with extraordinary kindness and a rare sense of hospitality, making us feel like we were staying in a family home; everything contributed—from the furniture and décor to the comfy rooms, the shaded little courtyard, the massive breakfasts, the hosts’ flexibility (they stored a bag for us free of charge for two weeks), Kiki the little dog, and so on.

My partner and I stayed at this place, and it was great—very clean, cozy, and quiet. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and the host Marina was a lovely, smiling woman. We’ve already told friends about it and plan to return; you won’t regret picking this spot.

“Все на высшем уровне !”

Renaissance feels like a real miracle: it’s a private place in the owners’ own house, so the vibe is incredibly warm and homely, the breakfasts are on a luxury‑hotel level with the lady cooking everything like a Michelin chef, and a huge shout‑out to the owners’ grandson who called a taxi and, with a friend, lugged our suitcases at 3:30 am—true gentlemen. We wholeheartedly recommend it.
