Nothing except the staff’s great kindness. Avoid this hotel—pay for luxury and get none: it’s dirty, noisy, the restaurant view is awful, you can’t open the blinds during the day and must stay in the dark to avoid being a display, no Wi‑Fi, no night table, no power outlet on each side, a broken, noisy air conditioner, and overall a place to flee.

The facilities are very pretty, everything is nice and very private, and the service is super good! Ericka, Gerson and Charlie were very friendly and warm; we’ll return sometime.

Erika’s reception service was amazing, the facilities are beautiful, and the room with a mountain view is good. Everything is really great, but the restaurant prices might be a bit high.

Absolutely stunning; the steaks at the restaurant are amazing, the pool is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen with a poolside bar, and there’s access to a private swimming hole. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the beds and pillows are super comfy, and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend! Leaving was a laugh.
