The staff was incredibly friendly and fixed all our issues almost instantly. The surroundings were beautiful, and the view from our room was fantastic. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and the other guests were quiet too. Check‑in took just a few moments—no problems at all. The only thing to note is that, given the price, the room was quite dated and basic, clearly showing its age. It didn’t bother us too much, but at such a high price point, I’d expect something a bit nicer. However, this was only true for one of the rooms we booked; the other one was just as you’d expect. Overall, it was wonderful and I would go back anytime. Thank you for all the help! (Rescheduling, room swap, locking myself out of the room… we had a bit of everything 😄)

Everything was very good, but the high price for a room without a private bathroom or toilet was a downside. The setting was superb and only a short walk from our point of interest: the fjord boat tour. The price was quite high.
