The hotel is perfectly situated on the outskirts of the city centre and has an integrated tourist information desk where you can book tours; the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is far too expensive for the standard it offers. Room cleaning usually didn’t happen until after 16:00, and the room supplies weren’t replenished regularly. Breakfast was very modest, and the worst part was that you had to eat and drink from disposable materials and everything was pre‑packed.

The hotel was spotless, the bed felt cozy, and the room looked newly renovated; walking to downtown Juneau was a breeze. However, at check‑in the front desk didn't mention that hot water was unavailable, and we only got lukewarm water on Monday. The front desk staff seemed indifferent and didn't bother calling maintenance over the weekend.
