How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent with all services available, the air‑conditioning works great and keeps the place cool, and the spacious area is nice. However, cleanliness was poor—the bed and bathroom were dirty, the bathroom ceiling leaked water, and the heater didn’t work.

The front‑desk staff were helpful, but the rooms were unclean, the elevators were broken, and each ride took at least ten minutes. I didn’t finish checking in; after seeing the room I apologized to the front‑desk staff and told them I wouldn’t stay.

The staff member Walid at reception was friendly, the booking price was good, and there are parking spaces in the basement.

Everything was as usual at the buffet, but the buffet itself was disappointing.

The hotel's location is great, and the surrounding area is nice. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, there were a few issues that marred our stay. The key card kept expiring every day, which meant we had to go to the desk to get it reprogrammed. We also had to ask for towels to be brought to our room twice during our stay. And the shower pressure was pretty bad, with inconsistent temperatures to boot.
