“Great location for accessing, clean, neat, genuine and gentle service that I wouldn’t complain!”

The room was freshly renovated, and the hot water in the bathroom was consistently steady, which I appreciated. The temperature inside stayed comfortable, and I liked the refrigerator, water boiler, complimentary tea set, room slippers, and the cottons and swabs that came with the room. Breakfast at the bar was a nice touch. The mattress, however, felt worn out and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable.

“Not great”

Dichtbij het treinstation. Ziet er uit zoals op de foto's. let op de 1 persoons kamer is echt 1 persoons. De 1 persoonskamer was klein, heel klein bed, weinig ruimte. Inchecken is een stukje verderop en men was niet erg vriendelijk. Erg prijzig voor zo weinig ruimte

★★★☆☆ 3/5 – Great Location, but Outdated and Poorly Managed The best things about this property are its convenient location near Roma Termini train station and the spacious rooms. Unfortunately, everything else leaves much to be desired. The property is old, dated, and worn out, including the elevator. Street noise is constant, starting around 6–7 a.m. and continuing well past midnight. Early check-in is practically impossible, and the Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. Communication is terrible. I reported Wi-Fi problems during my stay and received a response four days later, after I had already checked out and returned to the United States! Overall, it's fine if you just need a place to sleep near the train station, but I wouldn't recommend it. Rome has better options. Shop around before booking!

The location was good, but I wasn’t told that check‑in happens at the bar, so I ended up outside the building without knowing how to get in until I called the manager on my phone.
