The staff—Roba, Afaf, and Ziyad—were truly helpful and made the stay worthwhile, and Shimon in the service department was fantastic; thanks to everyone 👍. There was nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.

The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were good. However, there is no kitchen, and the rooms are small without a lounge.

Very good. The only downside is that there is no contact number available.

It’s close to restaurants and not far from the Haram; a taxi costs 50 riyals. The bed is uncomfortable, but the hotel’s price matches the value.
