The outdoor pool was great, and the room was a good size with everything you could need. It felt a little tired and could use a refresh.

Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The security lock on the door fell onto my daughter’s foot, and it seemed the doors needed more force to close, causing extra noise. Our door creaked loudly when opened and closed. The front‑desk clerk seemed a little impatient with my teenage daughter who was looking for things. The pool exit sign says “exit only,” which is confusing about whether you should leave it open or not; you actually have to use a different door. It’s not a huge problem, just a bit confusing.

The desk clerk was friendly at check‑in, but our room was filthy. The window was so bad that we couldn’t see out of it. When we raised the issue with staff, they said nothing could be done because the booking was through a third party. I would have understood a bit more if this had been a cheap hotel, but it wasn’t.
