The location of the hotel was good.
“Für einmal ok, ein weiteres Mal dann doch eher nicht.”
The only real plus was a simple yet fresh breakfast – classic rolls with cheese and cold cuts that were tasty, which is probably all you can expect for that price. On arrival my room seemed occupied even though only three other guests were in the building, the property looked run‑down with a newer wing that was nice but unfinished, and the host didn’t speak German or English, making communication very hard and the overall vibe a bit odd.

The accommodation is currently being renovated and it looks like the new owners are trying. Phone contact and check‑in went smoothly. The room is spacious. Breakfast is served by an employee. Unfortunately there is no sauna, as advertised, which was also my reason for booking this place. The hallway smelled of smoke. In my room there were items that, in my opinion, did not belong there.

The hotel was a nightmare and cannot be called a hotel (cold, no room service, breakfast offered two rolls, three slices of ham, two slices of cheese and three cucumber slices. It seems like a change is happening). See above for the negative.
It is a worn-out hotel – and the toilet seat was broken and the hygiene was very poor.
