“Coup de cœur de notre voyage j’y serais restée plus longtemps.”
Everything, everything, everything! The room was absolutely stunning with a view of the pool, and it felt like we were on a cruise ship. It was spotless, and the staff were genuinely charming, always ready to help. The rooftop aperitif with a gorgeous sunset was worth the experience, and the restaurant served delicious food – a lovely culinary adventure.
“Recommandé pour escapade romantique”
Very comfortable and pleasant, with very friendly staff and spotless cleanliness; it’s on a quiet street but not far from the center, though the bathroom VMC lacks a bit of power so the ventilation isn’t ideal.
I recommend only rooms with an ocean view!
“A wonderful hotel in Arcachon”
The location is great, the staff are excellent, and the hotel offers full five‑star facilities—parking, spa, restaurant, pool, and beach access. However, our room, which had a terrace and a jacuzzi on the ground floor, was noisy because it sits very close to the parking lot where service and guest cars come and go.
“Weekend arcachonais”
Close to the sea and the city, but the room materials don’t justify the hotel’s stars; the rooftop is always reserved even when there’s space, and the same goes for the restaurant, as if the staff don’t want to work.
