“Mixed feelings but good value for money”

The staff were extremely helpful, though not always super-efficient. The restaurant is great, especially their Tandoori Pomfret. The room was large. The AC worked well in the second room (we had to change the first room where the AC was dripping water). Hot water was available until afternoon in the main faucet. General upkeep should be improved. None of the basins have hot running water. The hygiene faucets leak (probably because of high water pressure).

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the location is great, with RK Beach just a stone's throw away, and the rooms are neat and clean. The morning breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of options. However, the room service was painfully slow, which was a major letdown. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but it needs to work on its service standards.

“Very bad”

I've stayed at this hotel, and I must say it's a huge letdown. As a loyal customer who's always trusted to provide quality accommodations, I was shocked to find the property in such a deplorable state. The rooms are subpar, and it's clear that the hotel needs a thorough inspection and renovation before it can be considered suitable for guests. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was appalled by the outrageous charges they slapped me with. Despite the room being listed at 4100, I was billed a whopping 5700, which is simply unacceptable. It's clear that the hotel is trying to take advantage of unsuspecting guests, and I would advise others to think twice before booking here.
