The room is large, clean, and has plenty of space for luggage. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s good that the hotel has both a spa and a restaurant so guests can relax after hiking without having to travel for food. The location is a bit far from the town centre and isn’t very accessible if you don’t drive. The view of the Matterhorn and the mountains is partially blocked by the power station. The spa has no staff on duty to brief guests on how to use the facilities.
