The owners are extremely kind and helpful, the room layout is great and cozy, and although it’s a bit farther from downtown CN, the area is very quiet and family‑friendly; I will definitely come back.

The place was cozy, spotless, and in a great spot; the hosts and front‑desk staff welcomed us warmly, and the security team made sure the kids were safe, so I’d definitely return if my family goes back to Caldas Novas.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending another great spot in Caldas; the setting was very peaceful, they provided clean linens and a tidy room, and the snacks on offer were fantastic – I loved them!
