The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. The only issue was that the breakfast bread was delicious, but the way it was displayed was off; guests cut the bread without a napkin, and some people took it by hand to slice it, meaning many people put their hands on the same loaf. That part wasn’t great, but the hotel is otherwise very good and clean. I’m sure they’ll fix that.

I traveled for work with two friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The environment is wonderful, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is a spectacle—simply perfect. I recommend the hotel with my eyes closed. There’s nothing to note as a negative; everything was great, no exceptions. We were very well received, the hotel is amazing, so there’s nothing to point out as a downside.

I asked for a plastic stool for my 86‑year‑old mother to ease her shower, and they gave us a first‑floor room fully adapted with side rails, a shower seat, and all the necessary conveniences—an invaluable gesture I deeply appreciate. I have nothing to complain about.
