The location is perfect—just a stone’s throw from the station and Venice’s center, with all staff being super friendly and the room clean and spacious. The bed feels a bit firm, and the sink drain sometimes failed to close properly under heavier water flow.

The location is superb, especially since I arrived by train. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a nice view of the church, and the room was very clean. I will definitely book this hotel again. I couldn’t find anything negative.

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su excelente ubicación. Está en una zona muy concurrida de Venecia, ideal porque tienes muchos lugares alrededor para ir a desayunar. Además, el personal es súper amable y te dan la facilidad de guardar el equipaje el día de la salida. Habitación con vistas a la plaza. El baño, aunque pequeño, estaba muy limpio. Es un edificio antiguo sin ascensor, algo a tener en cuenta si viajas con maletas pesadas. La habitación era muy pequeña y el colchón muy duro e incómodo. El hotel no sirve desayunos

A localização é muito boa, a cerca de 200 metros da estação de trem de Veneza Santa Lucia. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante nossa estadia. A limpeza do quarto também estava muito boa. O principal problema é que o hotel não tem elevador e nosso quarto ficava no quarto andar. Como eu estava viajando com minha mãe, que é idosa, ela teve bastante dificuldade para subir e descer as escadas. Também não conseguimos levar nossas malas até o quarto e tivemos que deixá-las em um espaço no térreo. O colchão não era confortável e os travesseiros também deixaram bastante a desejar. Além disso, o box do chuveiro é muito apertado e o quarto não tinha televisão
