“Vom Preis unwürdig!!!!!!!! Die Bilder sind falsch”
The walk from the station to the hotel was very good and short, quite useful. The bed linen was dirty, the TV could not be used, there was no description from the drain and it stank all day, the shower head was broken, the blinds were broken, the window only opened at an angle, the door lock was defective, the hinges were broken, the communal toilet lid was broken, the refrigerator could not be used, it was too full of expired old items, some items were already frozen onto the back wall. Everything in the service was quite clean, but the overall experience was bad; I don't want to stay again. Thank you.
The room only came with a shower and a basin, and the toilet was out in the hallway – something that wasn’t clear from the listing. Having to step out every time was a real hassle.
I stayed in the deluxe room with a shower, but the tray was moldy and the place sits right on a busy main road, so it was noisy from about 5:30 am until 11:30 pm. The traffic light is at window height, so its glow comes in even with the curtains closed, and you can hear people using the hallway bathroom.
Close to the train stop in Vienna core zone (can travel with a daily ticket). Easy entry into the building without staff. Small kitchen available. One of the cheapest accommodations in Vienna. Poor cleanliness, mold in the bathroom. Window wouldn't open, needs fixing.
