The Threeland Hotel is situated in the heart of the Pôle Européen de Développement at the Belgian-French border, 20 minutes from Luxembourg City, offering 59 modern rooms with free WiFi. The hotel features 2 restaurants, a seminar/banquet room, and a bar, La Terrasse, serving quick meals, as well as Le Privilège, a restaurant serving regional cuisine in a smart setting, near the crossroads of Bruxelles-Metz.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room and bathroom were in perfect condition, the breakfast was very extensive, the staff were friendly and courteous, the restaurant food was also delicious, and the hotel’s location was ideal. Nothing to add.

The hotel offered spacious rooms and an on‑site restaurant, but it was a minor drawback that there was limited access to a hot drink late in the evening.

The room was large, quiet, and very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a large shower and a rain‑shower head, which felt great after a long day of sightseeing; the cleaning was very good, parking was ample and free, Wi‑Fi was free and effective, breakfast was fairly varied (though it could be better, at least as far as 4‑star hotels across Europe go), and the restaurant was nice and spacious with options for outdoor or veranda dining. The downside was that breakfast lacked fresh fruit variety (no watermelon or melon or other seasonal produce we were expecting for that time of year), there was little attention to dietary intolerances (if you’re gluten‑free you have to ask for bread in the morning and wait 10 minutes for it to be brought; no dessert was offered…despite having declared celiac disease when booking months in advance…); the same applies to the restaurant, which was not very attentive to widespread food intolerances in Europe, even though we had booked the dinner table months ahead.
