“Très bon accueil. Déception de la chambre qui n’est pas fonctionnelle”

We were greeted warmly and received a tasty cocktail on arrival, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. However, the spa‑music concept looks great online but falls short in reality. The Cabane room is impractical: the tiny bathroom with a toilet and sink offers no space for toiletries or a toiletry bag, and there’s no bathrobe even though a spa is advertised. The shop is always closed, and the hotel feels lacking in atmosphere, warmth, music, and overall concept, leaving us very disappointed.

The rooms, the huge pool, the staff, the gardens, and especially the spa and its treatments were all great. Nothing to complain about.

“Tekrar marakeşe gelirsem bu oteli tercih ederim.”

I loved this hotel; it felt like home. The staff were polite and tried to help with everything, especially the manager. When I found my chosen room a bit dark, they quickly arranged a larger room with all the amenities I wanted. They were very helpful. Since we were there off‑season, the restaurant had a limited menu, but everything we ate was clean and tasty.

“Relaxed , peaceful and tranquil”

The entire team from day one to the last day were unbelievably accommodating, making the stay calm and peaceful—perfect if you’re after a quiet Moroccan escape. The food was excellent and the cats roaming around added to the vibe. Scottish Connor McGregor!
