How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great and the staff were friendly. The main issue was the noise in the room: a fan in the adjacent room would lock and make a ticking sound that seeped into ours. The owner tried to fix it, but the noise returned at night. There was also a constant hum, like a power generator, coming from another room, so we couldn't sleep well.

The reception was fantastic, all staff were very friendly and Gustavo made us feel completely at ease! I only heard a little noise after 10 pm.

The lodge is gorgeous, rooms are comfy, and it’s right next to the family restaurant and the bathing pools. You can even see the Tabuleiro waterfall from the windows. Manoel is super friendly and helpful – we felt right at home.

Really pleasant place. Gustavo is a great guy, coffee is plenty and the view is lovely. The whole spot feels cozy and spotlessly clean.
