“Great customer focus”

I had a unique experience at this hotel, booking a room just half an hour before arrival for a week in January, and to my surprise, I had the entire place to myself. The room was clean and the location was superb, which made my stay quite enjoyable. I also appreciated the personalized breakfasts prepared just for me each morning - it was a bit surreal, to be honest. However, I did notice that the WiFi, although stable, had a speed limit of 5 Mbps per device, which might be a drawback for some.
