The house overall is very original and well‑situated, and the hosts are friendly and attentive. However, the room is small, not well‑sound‑proofed, and the mattress feels too soft.

The welcome was excellent and Magda’s cooking was very good—an enjoyable stop on our motorcycle road trip. Nothing to complain about.

The hosts were friendly, but the lodging’s concept gives the impression of an unusual, charming place that turns out to be disappointing. The accommodation smells stale, and at night insects swarm above our heads, hiding among the wood and apparent insulation. The hosts, awake at dawn, wake us with the creak of the wood at every sound, and without insulation we quickly feel like the shower and toilet are in the bedroom. We expected a better breakfast surprise, yet we ate frozen, over‑cooked pastries with industrial products and pre‑opened items like a jar of margarine or jams you’d find in a collective. The value for money feels excessive, even though it’s the most competitive. In hindsight, we’d have preferred to pay a bit more for better conditions to sleep well.

Magda and Fred’s welcome, the dinner, the breakfast, the cabin, its design, and its décor were all great.
